    We can draw the photos in any size you want.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Send us a message as soon as possible to cancel the order. Cancellation requests after portrait creation has begun won't be accepted.
  • After I receive the digital file, how can i print it?
    There are many creative ways to use your digital file. You can print it at a local printing center or an online printing service. If you need help finding an online printing service, feel free to ask me.
  • Is it possible to add text to the photo?
    Yes, please let me know your desired text through chat Message.
  • Will I receive a physical product?
    No, please note that this is a digital file and that no physical item will be shipped.
  • What size can I print the file?
    You will receive high-quality files, so you can print the file as large as you want.
  • How will I receive my digital file?
    Your finished illustration will be emailed directly to you as a PDF or PNG file.
  • Can you advise me on which photo to use for the drawing if I send multiple photos?
    Yes, I would be more than happy to provide my opinion and help you select the best photo to use for your drawing.
  • How will I receive my digital product?
    We will send your file to your email and via chat Message. Please send your email address when sending your photo via chat Message.
  • How do I upload/send my photo?
    Once you have completed your order, Send us a message on Chat or email hi@art2z.com with your photo.
  • Can you change the pose?
    No, I just draw like a photo.
  • My photo resolution is low is that possible to make art?
    Yes, we can enhance your low-resolution photo before creating the artwork.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Our current turnaround time for digital files is on-time delivery, but please note that this time may increase during peak seasons.
  • Can I check if my photo works for the style before placing the order?
    Yes, send us your photo and we will happily check it out for you.
  • How do i place an order?
  • How is the shipping done?
    Shipping is done through the third parties like FedEx, DHL, etc. Deliveries are subject to weather conditions and other unforseen conditions.
  • Can you customize?

  • How long will my order take?
    All orders usually gets shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.
  • Do you deliver worldwide?
    Yes, we deliver almost everywhere across the globe. Delivery charges may vary outside area.
  • Return / Refund / Replacement
    I received a damaged product. What do I do ? Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hi@art2z.com with packge box opening video and images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date. What do I do if I don't like the product I received ? We do hope you don't have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot! So, drop us a mail and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 7 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. And we could provide you with coupon code, so you could shop with us again & again & again, we just do not want to let you go. You can choose refund also. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date. Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed. The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. No return / refund / exchange is possible for customised products unless it is damaged.
  • What kind of photograph you need to make a portrait/ artwork?
    We prefer a soft copy of the photograph sent through e-mail, chat or portal preferably the original image taken with a good camera i.e. not copied from WhatsApp/Facebook. In case the image is found inappropriate, we shall contact you.
  • How can i cancel my order ?
    Please mail us for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Is my private information protected?
    Yes it is. All the information gathered through our secure server will be used solely to process your orders. We don’t rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies.
  • Do you guarantee date-specific delivery?
    We do not promise to deliver on the exact date asked by you as shipping is done by third party. However, we do take grace days considering any delays from the courier company’s side so that the shipment is delivered around the specified date.
  • What if I lost my files or deleted them?
    Don't worry, we still save your order files. If you lost your files, just let us know and we will resend your order via email without any charges.
